Why BizSculptor Exists

After three decades of building, scaling, failing, and rebuilding businesses, I noticed something disturbing: The same preventable problems keep destroying businesses.Not because entrepreneurs lack intelligence or effort, but because nobody teaches the specific solutions to specific problems. Business schools teach theory. Consultants give generic advice. Meanwhile, real business owners are googling desperately at 3 AM trying to figure out how to:

From Corporate Executive to Business Sculptor

My path wasn’t typical:

  • 1982-1990: Corporate finance at an Investment Bank, structuring deals and IPOs
  • 1990-1995: Running a listed company in Hong Kong, managing operations from oil fields, finance to acquisitions
  • 1995-2012: Serial entrepreneur in Australia and Malaysia – some ventures thrived, others taught valuable lessons
  • 1996-Present: Freelance business and legal advisor, drafting documents that protect businesses
  • 2025: Launching BizSculptor to share what three decades taught me


I’m also a qualified Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple, London) with a joint degree in Economics and Law. This unique combination means I understand business from every angle – legal, financial, operational, and most importantly, practical.
